Each runner has the option to purchase a paid and optional "Cancellation Refund Insurance" allowing them to cancel their registration in accordance with Beticketing's Insurance Conditions. This insurance will allow the subscriber to obtain a refund of their registration if the competitor is unable to participate: injury, illness (declared within 30 days prior to the event date), death, etc... All reasons and exclusions of the guarantee are available in our regulations. This insurance guarantees the reimbursement of 80% of the amount corresponding to the entry fees (and options) less the transaction fees retained in the case of online registration and the amount of the insurance. Any refund request must be made via the URL link or QR code included in the insurance certificate received on the subscription date. This insurance can only be purchased at the time of registration and under no circumstances can it be added afterward. Any person participating in the Marathon Relay or the Marathon Duo 2x21.1 km who transfers their race number to a third party without the organization's consent will be held responsible in the event of an accident occurring or caused by the latter during the event. The organization declines all responsibility in the event of an accident in this type of situation. Each runner's race number must be fully legible and worn at the front during the race.

An electronic chip in the form of a strip will be affixed to the back of each bib. This chip will be automatically initialized at the starting line and will serve as a race regularity check at various points along the course. A bag and a sticker with the bib number will be given to runners when they collect their bib. Please note that only bag-in-boxes provided by the organization will be accepted. On the morning of the race, runners can drop off their bags free of charge in the bag-in-box located near the start area. This bag will then be transported by the organization to the finish area where the runner can collect it upon presentation of their race bib.
Restrooms are regularly available to runners along the course.
Six pacers will be present for this 4th edition of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez Marathon. These six reference times (3:30 / 3:45 / 4:00 / 4:15 / 4:30 and 5:00) will allow you to complete your marathon according to your race goal. These pacemakers will be identified by large flames. Each time has its own flame color!
