Follow the federation circular n°13 on the 21th april 2008, the medical certificate must mention that « Mr. or Mrs. X is fit to practice running in competition » or « is fit to compete a marathon ». Yes if you can't collect your race number on your own, a person of your choice could do it for you provided that the person could bring .
Concerning start area under 3h00 you must supply a proof of performance on a Marathon accomplished during the year 2023/2024.
Beyond 3h00 none proof is required.

The Expo will be in Sainte-Maxime, Théâtre de la Mer, 1 Prom. Simon Lorière - and will be open:
Sunday 24th april at 8:00AM for all the races.
We advise you to get to your starting area at least 1 hour before your start time.

Start will be done in Pont du Préconil at Sainte-Maxime.
The start of the 10 km race will be done at Domaine de la Croix - La Croix-Valmer.
The finish line is located in front of the «Promenade de la Mer » in Cavalaire-sur-Mer.
The Transgolfe finish line is in Place des Lices at Saint-Tropez.
For the Marathon, relay marathon and 2x21.1 km: 6h.
For the 10km: 1h30
For the transgolfe: 2h45.
When you pick up your race bib, we will also give you a timing chip which takes the form of a strip stuck behind each bib.
This chip will be automatically started when you cross the start line and will check your regularity throughout the course at various points. For example, a participant who doesn't take the right route can't be ranked at the end.
