The Gulf of Saint-Tropez marathon is part of world ranking of ‘World Marathon majors’ by age group (9 in total).
All the participants of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez marathon, who are 40 and more can be part of the serie of ‘World Marathon Majors’ and gain points to the global ranking thanks to their participation to our marathon.
The global ranking starts from January 1 and will finish on December 31.
Regardless of the number of the races effectuated, only the two best results will be taken into account. A victory in his category allow us to gain 4 000 points.

The marathon has national FFA label and by consequence is qualicative for French Championships.
